---   Network Status 12/6/07   ---

12/6/07 3:45am -- Emergency maintenance concluded. 

12/5/07 10:30pm -- Emergency maintenance scheduled for 3:00am on 12/6/07 to replace defective hardware identified by backbone carrier Global Crossing as the source of today's connectivity issues. Duration of maintenance window unspecified but expected to be short. Current Internet connectivity is fully functional. During the maintenance window, Internet connectivity will be interrupted for the following services: DSL & Metro Ethernet in our local (South Florida) region, web hosting & email. Services not expected to be affected include: all dialup, all T1, & DSL in our extended region (outside South Florida). 

12/5/07 8:00pm -- Full Internet connectivity restored as of 7:30pm. Awaiting confirmation from carrier of final resolution.

12/5/07 6:25pm -- We have been experiencing intermittent partial connectivity due to carrier routing issues that have affected us and other ISPs. Approximate times that we experienced these issues are from 2:45pm to 3:10pm; from 4:45pm to 5:00pm; and starting again at 6:25pm. These issues primarily affected our DSL services. If you have experienced connectivity issues during these approximate times, you do not need to call us as we are aware and are attempting resolution. If you are experiencing other issues outside these approximate times, please call us and leave a detailed message with the nature of your problem and your name and telephone number.
