As of about 10am today, the L2TP Tunnel between us and BellSouth Telecom has been down, thus our IFTL / PC-Data Subscribers have not been able to authenticate and access the internet.

We are working diligently with BellSouth Telecom on this issue, and expect to resolve it before 6pm this evening.
