This notice applies to our South Florida DSL customers. DSL service will be temporarily affected as noted below.

When: Tuesday September 28, 2004 between the hours of 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Maintenance Type: Internet Backbone upgrade.

Benefit: This upgrade is intended to add Internet connectivity across multiple backbones (to improve redundancy) and also to reduce latency.

What to expect: Customers will experience brief but complete DSL service outage during this event. If your DSL service is not operational by 7:00pm, please call Technical Support and ask for the first available Support Rep.
