3:30pm today Sept. 12th, 2002. We have been informed by BellSouth, that they have yet another FIBER Cut, this time it is between Palmetto and Canal (South West Miami) area.

This is affecting a broad set of customers in the South Miami / West Miami  area..

This outage is not limited to our customers only. The current ETR (Estimated time to repair) is late this evening. We will be posting additional details as necessary.
