Mozilla Setup

Configuring your email client: Mozilla 1.7 PDF

Open Mozilla Mail 1.7.
Select 'Mail and Newsgroup Account Settings...' from the 'Edit' menu, and click 'Add Account...'
Select 'Email account,' and click 'Next.'
Enter your full name in the ' Your Name:' field.
Enter your full email address (user@snappydsl.net) in the 'Email Address:' field , and click 'Next.'
Select 'POP' as the type of incoming server you are using.
Enter 'pop.snappydsl.net' in the 'Incoming Server:' field.
Enter 'smtp.snappydsl.net' in the 'Outgoing Server:' field, and click 'Next.'
Enter your domain username (including '@snappydsl.net') in the 'Incoming User Name:' field and the 'Outgoing User Name:' field, and click 'Next.'
Enter a name for your email account in the 'Account Name:' field, and click 'Next.'
Verify your account information in the dialogue box. Clear the 'Download messages now' box, and click 'Finish.'
Select 'Outgoing Server (SMTP)' listed beneath your new account.
Verify that 'smtp.snappydsl.net' appears in the 'Server Name:' field.
Check the box next to 'Use name and password,' and enter your username (including '@snappydsl.net') in the 'User Name:' field.
